In order to ensure effective support in case of emergency all students must provide their passport numbers/information and full contact details of their next of kin. Participants should provide also a secondary contact information if there is a possibility that their primary contact might be unavailable during the period of travel.Students who are also traveling to other countries in Europe or elsewhere should check prior to their departure whether they are required to register with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT) (on-line form is available at http://www.voyage.gc.ca/main/sos/rocapage-en.asp). Persons traveling to Czech Republic only are not required to register with DFAIT.
