Prague Field Trip
ASSIGNMENTS
There are two assignments and one final paper. The two assignments are due to be submitted to the instructor prior to end of the field class, while still in Prague. Final paper is due approximately two weeks after the end of class, in Saskatoon.
The subject of the first assignment is identification of specific buildings by their architectural style, their description and pertinent historical background/analysis.
The subject of the second assignment is identification of a specific streetscape by the type of its configuration with open spaces, buldings and transportation routes, its description and pertinent historical background.
Resources:
Students will have access to the Czech National Library while at Prague, and are expected to utilize the Library resources in preparing their two assignments.
