Scott Sloan's Profile and Wavefront Reduction Algorithm

Description:

More efficient than the GPS algorithm (qv). The method is described in Prof. Sloan's 1989 paper "A Fortran program for profile and wavefront reduction" which appeared in the journal Int.J.Num.Meth.Engg. vol.28, pp.2651-2679, 1989.
