Mathworks are the primary developers of MATLAB and Simulink (qv). The Mathworks website is at www.mathworks.com.

Description:

Commercial program, originally an interactive interface to LINPACK and EISPACK libraries. It is now an interactive language for general use.

Notes:

MathWorks provides a Web server (www.mathworks.com), and an FTP server (ftp.mathworks.com). A newsgroup, comp.soft-sys.matlab, provides a forum for discussing issues related to the use of MATLAB.
