Finite Element Heat and Mass Transfer Code

The Geoanalysis Group (EES-5) at the Los Alamos National Laboratory maintains the Finite Element Heat and Mass Transfer Code (FEHM) home page. This uses finite element and finite volume techniques to model 3d subsurface fluid flow through porous media. This code is only available in the United States. Auxiliary codes, such as the GEOMESH mesh generation program are also available through this group.
