This is maintained by Ulrich Ruede and Ralf Barwaldt. This site contains an excellent mathematical software section which includes the headings General sources, Special codes, Optimisation, Software systems, Finite Elements, Language and Programming Tools, and Visualisation.

GSCI also maintains the GSCI Digest (Editor: Ulrich Ruede) which contains much useful information on scientific computational topics such as new software, conferences and workshops, jobs, journals and papers, new books.
