- Bake sliced almonds at 250°F (Fahrenheit) until lightly browned and you can smell the aroma

5 whole eggs | Mix these three ingredients together with a mixer |
| 4 egg whites |
1.5 cup sugar

- Sift in 1 1/3 (1.33) cup flour with a strainer and stir slowly with an egg beater to avoid bubbles.
- Let the mix sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours to remove air bubbles
- Scoop up bubbles from the top of the chilled mix with a spoon and discard
- Use a spoon to spread the mix onto an aluminum foil sheet (or parchment paper) as thinly as possible
- Sprinkle the sliced almonds on top
- Bake at 250°F for about an hour or until brown.
