PRE PAID VISA INFO:

After talking to Banks and the Chaperones we have decided that best and safest way for the students to make purchases on the trip will be through a Visa Gift Card.

Prepaid Visa Gift Card Features & Benefits
Total Control
Choose the value of the Visa Gift Cards you want to buy — from $25 to $500.

Millions of Possibilities
Visa Gift Cards can be used to make purchases online, by phone and at millions of retail locations worldwide-wherever Visa is accepted. Imagine the possibilities. *Visa Gift Cards may be used to make a purchase anywhere in the world where Visa is accepted. Cards cannot be used to withdraw cash at an ATM or to receive any other cash withdrawal at a financial institution*

Security and protection
Visa Gift Cards work like cash, but are much safer with added security and protection. This includes protection against unauthorized use, provided cardholders take reasonable precautions to protect their Card, as set out in the Cardholder Agreement. In addition, registered Cards can be replaced if lost or stolen. * A $15.00 replacement fee will apply*

NEW PASSPORT INFO:

As an extra precaution we will require a Photo of your Passport in order to attend the New York Trip: We recognize that having 75 students bring their Passports to school in order to have them photocopied could result in lost on damaged documents. We are requiring that you take a picture of the Name and Picture page from your Passport so that all Chaperones will have a digital copy of all students on the trip with them at all times.
