Pam's Plans for the 2000-2001 school year!!

For those of you who know me, you probably know that I won't be returning to school for the fall semester this year. For those of you who don't know me, I won't be returning to school in the fall semester (GRIN).

I found out at the end of March 2000 that I was expecting... and that the baby is due at the end of October 2000. For those of you who have been in university, you will note that the end of October, beginning of November is usually when midterms are written. Not a very convenient time to have a baby!! So I opted to stay out of school for one semester and return in January 2001. Again, maybe not the most practical idea, but I really want to get this degree finished.

I have decided to take it slow in January too... I will be returning to take 3 classes -- enough that I am considered a full time student for that semester, but not too much that I will get easily overloaded either! Since my husband is on a week on-week off schedule, he will be taking care of the baby the weeks he is home, and the weeks he isn't home my mother-in-law will be taking care of the baby. Like I said, I have opted for a light schedule this year, so I am hoping that I won't have to spend TOO much time at school.
