r & d:

my main research interests lie in the intersection between the philosophy of mathematics and the philosophy of science. currently i am engaged in a project on the role of imagination in mathematics, part of a larger program of developing a robustly fictionalist account of mathematics. i also work in the philosophy of sexuality and feminism. i have written on andrea dworkin and sexual perversion and am working on a project investigating the role of speech act theory in feminist arguments that pornography silences women.
