Camp Registration

 

Registration is easy as 1,2,3:

 

1. Download print the Word Document 2010 Registration Form;

           Or, Follow this link to print directly from this            website.

2.        Fill in form for each registrant.

3.        Mail in your registration form and payment to:

If you are having problems printing the forms, you can also e-mail sf.fc@usask.ca, and we will reply with the form as an attachment.
