Recommended Text:

Tom Slee, No One Makes You Shop at Wal-Mart: The Surprising Deceptions of Individual Choice. (Between the Lines Press, 2006)

The Slee text will mainly function in the course as a source of cute and/or interesting examples. It is not required in order to complete the course, though students may find it interesting. We may occasionally discuss some of Slee’s substantive claims about the social and economic applications of game theory, but, if and when we do, these will be described in the lectures.

Additional handouts may be provided as necessary
