N.B.: In order to keep file sizes reasonable (and to preserve some surprises for the lectures), I've removed many of the visual (and audio and video) examples from the following files. Some of these files may still be pretty large, however. (I.e., expect a bit of a wait when downloading them). I've left in those images that, in my view, are essential to the presentation.
